Lorraine the founder of this website is a sufferer of TVT/Mesh, Myasthenia Gravis and Diabetes
Since having this TVT/Mesh surgery back in 2005 I developed an autoimmune neuromuscular disorder and I have been diagnosed with Myasthenia Gravis and Diabetes. Besides running the TVT Mum support group and website I am also a member to both the M.G and Diabetes organizations. At this present time I have had one partial TVT mesh removal surgery and I still have a load of mesh still left inside my body. I live in hope and for the day to arrive for me to have surgery to completely remove the TVT/Mesh from my body and hoping the Myasthenia will go back into remission and the diabetes will be diet controlled. Please take a moment to watch the MGA video introduced by Nick Ross, it does send out the message and an understanding on Myasthenia Gravis. I have also added a video on Diabetes as below.
